Bar Roster is operated by Vantum Works LLC and is currently in early access. The complete Terms of Service will be published here before public launch.

Until then, the essentials: your account is yours; your candidate profile belongs to you and is visible to a venue's team only when you apply to their posting; and records tied to a completed application, or one the venue made a decision on (including a pass), are retained as the employer's hiring records for the period required by law, even if you later delete your profile.
